Job Description
- Conduct structured content audits to evaluate accuracy, completeness, quality, and effectiveness across pages or sections.
o Identify outdated, duplicate, redundant, or low-performing content using standardized audit criteria.
o Record findings in content inventories, spreadsheets, or audit tools with a high degree of accuracy.
o Flag content risks, gaps, and inconsistencies and escalate for review as needed.
- Evaluate content for clarity, purpose, findability, and alignment with SEO insights and UX recommendations.
- Follow established IA and taxonomy guidelines to ensure consistent page classification and tagging.
- Provide content migration support in large-scale migrations from legacy platforms.
o Assist with content mapping, URL mapping, and page-type identification for migration from legacy platforms.
o Validate migrated content against requirements (copy, metadata, links, images, CTAs, formatting).
o Document migration issues and collaborate with publishing teams or developers to resolve them.

Required Skills & Experience
Comfortable working in CMS platforms (Drupal preferred, WordPress, AEM, or similar).
- Proficient in spreadsheet-based analysis (Excel/Sheets: filtering, sorting, basic formulas, structured audit tables).
- Familiar with ticketing and project management tools (Workfront, AHA! or similar).
- Basic understanding of web analytics, SEO tools, or site crawlers (GA4, Screaming Frog, SEMrush).
- Ability to follow structured content models, reusable components, and established CMS templates
