Job Description
We areeking a Senior Data Scientist to help transform manufacturing and field-service data into actionable business insights for a next-generation Manufacturing platform. This individual will partner closely with SMEs, analyze complex datasets, build predictive models, and expose data-driven insights that support a mobile-based product experience.
Responsibilities
• Develop and deploy machine learning models using Databricks
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and optimization opportunities
• Collaborate with product and business stakeholders to understand operational challenges
• Build statistical and predictive models that drive decision-making
• Translate business problems into data science solutions
• Support model deployment through scalable APIs/endpoints
• Partner with AI Engineers and application developers to operationalize models

Required Skills & Experience
• 8+ years of Data Science experience
• Strong Python development experience
• Experience with Databricks
• Experience with Snowflake
• Deep understanding of Machine Learning techniques
• Strong background in Statistics and Mathematics
• Experience designing and developing predictive models
Ability to communicate complex findings to business users
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Advanced degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
• Experience supporting manufacturing or industrial data environments
• Experience deploying models as APIs/endpoints
• Knowledge of Azure ecosystem
Experience collaborating with AI/ML engineering teams
