Job Description
Design and deliver BPM/Appian solutions for banking workflows (trades, servicing, lifecycle)
• Define end-to-end process architecture and integrations across enterprise systems
• Evaluate current processes, identify inefficiencies, and drive platform-level improvements
• Partner with business and technology teams to deliver scalable, compliant solutions
• Lead architecture decisions, ensure governance (ARB/SDLC) alignment, and guide delivery teams
• Define KPIs (cycle time, SLA, exceptions) and drive continuous process improvement
• Act as a BPM thought leader, shaping platform strategy and mentoring teams

Required Skills & Experience
8–10 years of Solution Architecture experience in banking or financial services
• Strong experience with BPM platforms (Appian preferred) and process automation
• Experience designing end-to-end workflows across multiple systems (orchestration, approvals, lifecycle, exceptions)
• Strong background in architecture and scalable platform design – Security, integration, data , cloud etc
• Experience with API-led integrations, distributed systems, and multi-system environments
• Knowledge of wealth, investment banking, or digital banking workflows (trades, servicing, approvals)
• Understanding of regulatory, PII, and access control requirements
• Strong communication skills and ability to challenge requirements and drive decisions
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Deep Appian expertise / certifications
• Experience with Tier 1 banks or large-scale transformation programs
• Experience in modernizing legacy platforms and workflows
• Exposure to process optimization, workflow analytics, or SLA/KPI tracking
• Experience with document workflows (eSign, approvals, audit trails)
• Familiarity with cloud + on-prem hybrid architectures
