Job Description
• Partner with business teams (e.g., Finance, Customer Care) to gather and refine reporting requirements
• Design, build, and maintain Power BI reports and interactive dashboards tailored to different teams’ needs
• Analyze and integrate data from multiple source systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency
• Define and document data sources, transformations, aggregation logic, and reporting standards
• Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams, including DBAs and Solution Architects
• Ensure reports align with the organization’s data strategy and source of truth framework
• Collaborate closely with leadership and data stakeholders (including Jon) on data strategy initiatives
• Support reporting solutions within the SDLC, from requirements through deployment and enhancements
• Maintain documentation and tracking in Jira and Confluence
• Ensure reporting solutions meet regulatory and governance requirements

Required Skills & Experience
• Strong experience with Power BI reporting and dashboard development
• Background in data analytics and business reporting (e.g., Senior Data Analyst–type profile)
• Ability to source data from multiple systems, analyze it, and aggregate it into a usable reporting model
• Proven experience creating interactive Power BI dashboards that end users can download and consume
• Strong requirements gathering skills, specifically working with business teams to understand and customize reporting needs
• Solid understanding of data lineage and source of truth concepts (where data originates, how it is transformed, and how it should be represented)
• Ability to translate business needs into data structures, formats, and visualizations
• Experience collaborating with DBA and technical teams while owning the business reporting perspective
• Understanding of the SDLC process
• Comfortable working in a highly regulated environment
• Experience working cross functionally with data strategy stakeholders and solution architects
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience with identity and access management, particularly participating in or supporting an identity management revamp
• Prior work in organizations with strict regulatory or compliance requirements
• Hands on experience using Jira and Confluence
• Experience contributing to or influencing enterprise data strategy
