Job Description
We’re looking for a Senior UX Designer who is a true Figma expert to support a major enterprise platform modernization initiative. This designer will own complex UX problems end-to-end, contribute directly to product delivery, and help scale design systems and standards across teams. This role is ideal for a senior-level designer who thrives in ambiguity, partners deeply with product and engineering, and balances strong UX craft with pragmatic delivery.

Required Skills & Experience
· Advanced Figma expertise
o Complex interaction design and prototyping
o Component-based design, variants, and libraries
o Figma design kit development
· Proven experience creating, evolving, and implementing design systems at scale
· 5+ years of UX design experience on complex digital products (enterprise, SaaS, data-heavy, or regulated environments strongly preferred)
· Experience managing and influencing complex stakeholder groups across; Product, Engineering, UX Research, Design, Business & customer partners
· Comfortable owning work independently from problem definition through delivery
· Strong communication skills; can clearly articulate design decisions and rationale
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
· Experience with Figma Make or advanced prototyping workflows
· Experience on platform modernization or replatforming initiatives
· Experience working closely with UX Research and translating insights into design
· Background contributing to scalable, multi-product design systems
