Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Project Manager to support turnover deliverables during the critical handover phase from construction to operations. This role is essential in ensuring all project documentation is complete, accurate, and delivered on time to enable a smooth transition to operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary liaison between the construction and operations teams during project turnover.
Coordinate, collect, and verify turnover deliverables including as-built drawings, red-line markups, construction document sets, O&M manuals, and other close-out documentation.
Maintain a clear tracking system for all turnover documentation to ensure timely delivery and accountability.
Work with internal Stakeholders, contractors, designers, and internal teams to resolve gaps or discrepancies in deliverables.
Develop and manage turnover schedules, aligning with overall project timelines.
Support handover meetings and facilitate knowledge transfer sessions between construction and operations teams.
Ensure documentation meets company standards and requirements for operational readiness.
Meetings and checkins with internal stakeholders
Alignment with EHS team
Review progress reports and audit weekly requirements
Technical coordination with Design teams, security teams and integration teams

Required Skills & Experience
Experience in construction management with background in utilities delivery, data center delivery or other high risk activity centric construction
Proven experience in MEP, project management, construction management, or document control (preferably in construction, facilities, or industrial environments).
Familiarity with construction drawings, as-builts, submittals, and other project close-out deliverables. Able to read construction drawings.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Excellent communication skills to effectively bridge construction and operations teams.
Proficiency with Microsoft programs (Teams, Excel, Word, Outlook), project management tools and document management systems.
Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience).Site walks with status updates from Lessor PM.
