Job Description
Day-to-Day:
• Review cost estimates, contractor documentation, and scope of work
• Conduct installation inspections at applicant homes
• Take photos and document findings; complete pass/fail inspection reports using a company laptop
• Review invoices vs. awarded amounts to determine payments
• Coordinate with contractors to resolve documentation issues
• Support resolution of applicant-contractor concerns
• Collaborate with intake specialists and internal staff
• Maintain accurate file documentation and reports
Plan and execute inspections scheduled 1–2 days in advance

Required Skills & Experience
Must-Haves:
• Valid Illinois Plumbing License (must be verified)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in plumbing or construction field (must be verified)
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to inspection sites
• Ability to conduct on-site inspections and document findings
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to review documentation, invoices, and scope of work
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Plusses:
• Experience working with contractor coordination or dispute resolution
• Familiarity with inspection reporting tools/software
Prior experience in residential property inspections
