Job Description

This insurance company is looking for a UX/UI Designer to join their team, focused on delivering a personal lines quoting experience for a new digital platform. You will lead design efforts for a key product area, partnering closely with product, engineering (including offshore teams), and business stakeholders to create intuitive, high-impact user experiences. The role blends strong UX thinking—research, workflows, and interaction design—with polished UI execution and pixel-perfect deliverables in Figma.

You will be responsible for translating complex requirements into clear, logic-driven user flows, rapidly iterating on concepts, and presenting solutions backed by data and user insights. The environment is fast-paced and requires someone who can manage competing priorities, influence challenging stakeholders, and maintain progress under tight timelines.

An excellent candidate will bring a balance of rigorous UX process, strong UI polish, and stakeholder toughness, with experience in complex, regulated or transactional products, design systems, and the ability to confidently drive design decisions from concept through delivery.

We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. We are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer that believes everyone matters. Qualified candidates will receive consideration for employment regardless of their race, color, ethnicity, religion, sex (including pregnancy), sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, marital status, national origin, ancestry, genetic factors, age, disability, protected veteran status, military or uniformed service member status, or any other status or characteristic protected by applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances. If you need assistance and/or a reasonable accommodation due to a disability during the application or recruiting process, please send a request to HR@insightglobal.com.To learn more about how we collect, keep, and process your private information, please review Insight Global's Workforce Privacy Policy: https://insightglobal.com/workforce-privacy-policy/.

· Strong Figma skills with emphasis on clean, polished UI
· Experience building and working within design systems
· Comfort with logic-heavy workflows (use cases, decision trees, “if-this-then-that” scenarios)
· Ability to push back, influence stakeholders, and operate with confidence under pressure
· Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders and offshore engineering teams & excellent communication skills to present and defend design decisions
· Understanding of frontend development concepts (HTML/CSS/JS)—no coding required but must partner effectively
