Job Description
One of Insight Global's clients is looking to hire for a ServiceNow Enterprise Architect to support a global implementation for a client based in APAC.
This will be a fully remote role and this individual will be leading a team of 4 to 5 developers and analysts to fulfill the client requests. This individual will be designing and overseeing enterprise-scale ServiceNow architectural solutions that align with client's business objectives. They will lead technical discovery sessions with stakeholders to translate business requirements into solution architectures. They will also be responsible for designing and overseeing integrations between ServiceNow modules and other systems.

Required Skills & Experience
• 8+ years of experience in IT service management and enterprise architecture
• 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing and customizing ServiceNow solutions
• Proven experience architecting complex, multi-instance ServiceNow environments
• Demonstrated experience designing enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations with complex integration requirements. Strong understanding of web services, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware technologies.
• Proven track record managing technical delivery on multiple concurrent projects, with experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management frameworks.
• Expert-level knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, limitations, and best practices
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, able to interact with all levels in the organization
• Comfortable with constantly evolving and changing priorities, enjoys new challenges
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience with business analysis or functional real estate knowledge in a professional services industry a plus
• ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) certification
• Experience with WSD (Workspace Delivery), EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) and HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) modules desirable
