Co‑own product workstreams for Phase 2 of Occupier
Prioritize backlog based on business value, effort, and dependencies
Meet with senior business stakeholders and act as the primary program liaison
Facilitate decision‑making, clarify requirements, and ensure alignment across teams
Deliver tough updates professionally and provide recommended solutions
Build or present Tableau/Power BI dashboards or visualizations
Support team members through mentoring, coaching, and process guidance
Partner closely with technical teams while staying business‑focused

Required Skills & Experience
Onshore and able to ramp quickly; can jump in on day one
Product Owner or Delivery Lead experience (title not required)
Able to be the face of the program with business leaders (CRO, regional presidents, President of Occupier)
Strong prioritization skills: quickly assess business value vs. effort
Comfortable delivering difficult news in a clear, solution‑oriented way
Strong process understanding; able to learn workflows quickly
Ability to mentor, do ride‑alongs, and take on projects independently
Tableau or Power BI experience with examples or a screenshare of prior work
Excellent communication skills; can manage business stakeholders and handle challenging conversations
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Salesforce/CRM experience
Experience supporting market launches or large program rollouts
Exposure to commercial real estate or similar business‑facing environments
Experience co‑owning product across multiple workstreams
Someone earlier in their career who is ready to grow into a larger role
