Job Description
Seeking an experienced Product Manager with a strong background in Treasury and Payments products, with a specific focus on Remote Deposit Capture (RDC). This role is ideal for someone who can step into a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment and make an immediate impact. The Product Manager will partner closely with business and technology teams to support and enhance RDC and related digital banking solutions.
• Own and support Treasury & Payments platforms with a focus on RDC solutions
• Partner closely with business and technology stakeholders to deliver roadmap initiatives
• Support platform-related activities including:
○ Client onboarding
○ Issue resolution
○ System migrations and upgrades
• Quickly ramp up on system configurations, file flows, controls, and client use cases
• Support BAU product activities while also contributing to active initiatives and launches
• Lead communication, documentation, training, and content related to full product ownership
• Assist with product P&Ls and performance tracking

Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree
• 5–7 years of Product Management experience
• Direct experience with Remote Deposit Capture (RDC)
• Strong background in:
○ Treasury & Payments products
○ Online and mobile banking platforms
○ Financial services environments
• Strong technical understanding of banking platforms, systems, and integrations
