Coordinate execution across multiple workstreams within the Occupier Leasing tech program
Track milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and decisions (RAID, status, documentation)
Partner with product, delivery, data, enablement, support, and business stakeholders
Create executive‑ready status updates, reporting, and governance materials
Support prioritization, sequencing, and tradeoff discussions
Coordinate release readiness, training inputs, communications, and adoption planning
Support post‑release stabilization and continuous improvement

Required Skills & Experience
3+ years in product ops, program coordination, delivery support, or business operations
Experience supporting enterprise technology programs or releases/go‑lives
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage cross‑functional dependencies and competing priorities
Strong communication skills; able to synthesize ambiguity into clear updates
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Commercial real estate or leasing workflow knowledge
Salesforce or CRM‑enabled workflow experience
Experience supporting system migrations or multi‑phase deployments
Familiarity with data quality, reporting, or operational metrics
Experience partnering with enablement, support, or change management teams
