Job Description

This training content analyst role is less of a *highly* technical role and more of a like a junior instructional designer/content developer role. So interview questions along the lines of: "What is your level of experience in developing/recreating training/learning content using a tool like Articulate Rise (or similar) and integrating that content into an LMS?" and "What level of experience do you have interacting with/developing training/learning content within a learning management system (LMS)?" (and "which LMS(s)?") and "What is your philosophy on how people should interact with asynchronous training," and "How experienced are you with working with/taking feedback from training subject matter experts?", etc.
We are seeking a junior-level training content developer on a contract basis to assist in the creation of effective and engaging training materials. The ideal candidate will work with our team to develop content using tools like Articulate Rise.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in developing from a design, or re-creation of existing, training materials, including e-learning modules and other instructional content
Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy
Review and refine training materials based on SME feedback
Support the integration of content into our Learning Management System (LMS)

Required Skills & Experience

Qualifications:
Experience or familiarity with e-learning tools, particularly Articulate Rise
Basic understanding of Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
