Job Description
· 2+ years in bank/wealth operations, trust operations, or investment operations with direct experience in:
o money movement (wires, ACH, deposits)
o operational processing and exception handling
· Strong attention to detail and ability to manage time-sensitive priorities.
· Strong communication and coordination skills.
· Experience with multi-million-dollar movement activity (cash and/or assets).
Wealth operations background preferred over brokerage-only environments.

Required Skills & Experience
We are seeking an Investment Operations Specialist to support Domestic Trust Operations. This role focuses on cash processing and asset movement across wealth operations — executing operational workflows with precision, urgency, and strong control discipline. This position partners closely with internal teams to complete complex money movement activities and ensure accurate processing into custodial and internal systems.
Key Responsibilities
· Execute cash movement transactions (wires, ACH, deposits, internal transfers) in adherence with policy and controls.
· Support asset movement and transfer processing (cash + securities movement), including exception resolution and follow-up.
· Coordinate with internal stakeholders (wealth teams, operations partners, treasury/payment services) to obtain required information and complete processing.
· Enter and process transactions into relevant custodial/internal platforms; ensure accuracy and timeliness.
· Support documentation standards and maintain required operational controls/audit trails.
· Help troubleshoot and resolve processing issues; escalate risks proactively.
· Contribute to a “high ownership” culture: prioritize urgency, accuracy, and client impact.
