*Need to be local to Dehli NCR (hybrid 3 days onsite)
Day to day:
"Work directly with the Digital Technology team to quickly develop internal-facing applications, dashboards, and automation solutions. This individual will leverage their full-stack development expertise and Agentic/GenAI experience to rapidly prototype new ideas, validate concepts with business stakeholders, and potentially evolve successful prototypes into production-ready applications. A large focus will be on using Claude Code and AI-assisted development techniques to accelerate software delivery and automate processes.
Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using .NET, React, databases, and AWS
• Rapidly create prototypes and proof-of-concepts for business stakeholders
• Build Agentic AI solutions, AI-powered workflows, and intelligent automation tools
• Utilize Claude Code and AI coding tools to accelerate development and productivity
• Develop dashboards, reporting systems, and metrics visibility applications
• Collaborate closely with Anand and the broader Digital Technology team in a hybrid environment
• Translate business ideas into functional applications quickly and efficiently
• Participate in architecture, development, testing, deployment, and support activities
• Evaluate emerging GenAI technologies and recommend practical applications
• Own solutions end-to-end from concept through implementation and iteration

Required Skills & Experience
Must Haves:
• 4–8 years of overall software development experience
• 3–4+ years of hands-on Full Stack Development experience using .NET, React or Angular, and databases
• 1–3 years of AI/GenAI development experience including LLMs, RAG solutions, vector databases, AI agents, and multi-step workflows
• Experience building or leveraging Agentic AI solutions using Claude Code
• Experience with AI coding assistants such as Claude Code and/or GitHub Copilot (2 years preferred)
• AWS cloud experience
• Strong traditional application development background (frontend and backend)
• Hands-on developer actively coding and building applications end-to-end
• Ability to rapidly build prototypes, MVPs, and proof-of-concepts
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Knowledge of current GenAI and Agentic AI trends and technologies
Must be based in Delhi NCR and willing to work hybrid/on-site with the team as needed
