DF Consultant 4 – Reporting Focus
Reporting, Master Data (SWA, Labor Accounts), Workflow, Forms
This role should demonstrate analytics mindset + strong data foundations.
Reporting
· What types of WFM or Payroll reports do you build most often, and for what stakeholders?
· Can you walk me through a report you used to identify a pay issue before payroll closed?
· How do you validate report accuracy against Dayforce configuration?
Master Data
· Describe your experience managing master data like SWA or Labor Accounts.
· How do master data changes impact reporting and payroll accuracy?
· What controls do you put in place to prevent downstream data issues?
Integration with Workflow & Forms
· How do reports tie into workflows or approvals in your past projects?
· Can you give an example where reporting triggered a process improvement?
Depth Check
· When a stakeholder says “this pay looks wrong,” how do you use reporting to narrow down root cause?

Required Skills & Experience
General requirements
· Strong Dayforce WFM configuration expertise in conjunction with familiarity with payroll functionality and processes
· Good knowledge with Dayforce attendance module
· Able to understand and troubleshoot complex policies, accrual balance, pay code and attendance setup etc
Good knowledge with Dayforce report functionality. Be able to build and execute WFM and Payroll related reports to analyze pay impact
