Job Description
• Gather and document business requirements, workflows, and system logic across
• Lead discovery sessions
• Translate requirements into user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria in JIRA
• Create process maps, data lineage documentation, and architecture blueprints in Confluence
• Support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives
• Collaborate with stakeholders across product , engineering , and business teams
• Assist with SIT/UAT validation
• Work closely with data engineers on transformation logic and Medallion layer design
• Document flat file sources, schema dependencies, and data quality rules
• Support Tableau dashboard impact assessment and remediation documentation
• Coordinate with business users for UAT scheduling, prioritization, and feedback collection
• Contribute to comprehensive handover documentation, recorded sessions, and SharePoint resources
• Manage and document change requests as scope adjustments arise

Required Skills & Experience
• 5-10 years of Business Analyst experience in enterprise environments
• Experience with system migrations, transformations, or data platform modernization projects
• Strong Agile and SDLC experience; comfort with Scrum ceremonies and sprint-based delivery
• Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence for requirements management and documentation
• Skilled in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and acceptance criteria definition
• Strong SQL skills for data validation and query-based analysis
• Experience with Excel for data analysis and reporting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
