Insight Global is seeking an Immigration Paralegal to join an AM 200 law firm. This individual will be responsible for preparing USCIS forms and gathering pertinent documents, preparing removal defense filings, assistant with US visa petitions and performing legal research. The role will also support the corporate paralegal in completing the completing the EB5 process from start to finish. Finally, this role will be providing translation services to the firm's clients. This role sits hybrid, 2 days per week on-site, out of the firm's Chicago, Miami or Washington D.C. offices; offers great benefits and a wonderful compensation package.
-Minimum 5 years of experience at a mid-large sized law firm
-Bilingual in Spanish
-Experience with USCIS and the EB5 process from beginning to end
