Job Description

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to support facility operations within a 300,000sq ft manufacturing facility. This individual will work closely with the Building Engineer and assist with the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general facilities equipment. The Maintenance Technician will perform preventative and reactive maintenance, utilize a CMMS platform to manage work orders, and help ensure the facility remains safe, efficient, and operational.

Required Skills & Experience

1-3 years of maintenance experience within a commercial, industrial, or manufacturing environment.
Experience performing preventative and reactive maintenance on building equipment and systems.
Hands-on maintenance to rooftop units (RTUs) and air handling units (AHU)
Light electrical and plumbing experience
Experience using a CMMS platform to manage work orders, inspections, or maintenance records.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Trade school, vocational training, or associate degree in HVAC, Facilities Maintenance, Electrical Technology, or a related field.
EPA Certification
