Job Description

Hybrid (3x days on-site)

Supports cost management on complex construction projects from early planning through closeout. Works with project leadership to track budgets, analyze costs, and support overall project performance.

Key Responsibilities
• Build and manage cost reports, comparing actual vs budgeted costs
• Analyze cost risks and provide insights to project teams and clients
• Create and maintain forecasts and accruals (weekly, biweekly, monthly)
• Support earned value and project controls processes
• Review and approve invoices from vendors and subcontractors
• Assist with RFPs, contracts, and cost estimates
• Support value engineering efforts
• Help develop cost management processes

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of cost management experience on construction projects
• Strong Excel skills
• Experience in life sciences construction
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team environment
• Strong communication skills
