Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Manager to oversee and optimize inbound and outbound warehouse operations. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient product flow, accurate inventory management, and strong cross-functional communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track inbound shipments and proactively resolve delays or issues
- Plan and execute outbound shipments aligned with sales orders and delivery schedules
- Review warehouse processes and implement improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
- Partner with warehouse teams to maintain accurate inventory and conduct regular audits
- Manage Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) efficiently
- Process and reconcile logistics-related invoices
- Maintain order traceability and communicate status updates to key stakeholders
- Monitor inventory levels and manage order cycles to ensure product availability
- Analyze operational data and reports to identify trends and optimization opportunities
- Prepare timely and accurate monthly reports
- Support logistics system automation and process improvement initiatives

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field
- 3+ years of experience in logistics coordination, warehouse operations, or a similar role
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including data analysis and reporting
- Experience with ERP systems; Python or other coding experience is a plus
