Job Description

An employer is seeking a Flight Training Travel Coordinator in the SeaTac, WA area. This individual will manage all pilot training logistics, including scheduling flights, hotels, ground transportation, and coordinating day-to-day needs like team lunches and office supplies.
This role requires strict adherence to FAA regulations and close coordination with internal teams and vendors to ensure a smooth and compliant training experience. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and a proactive self-starter who can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills & Experience

1 year of experience with scheduling in aviation or 2 years outside that is relative.
Ability to meet deadlines, be a self-starter, possess great organizational skills, and is detail oriented
Data Entry/Microsoft Suite experience

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Aerospace, crew scheduling, or transportation experience
Out-going personality with great communication
Knowledge of FAA regulations
Ability to multi-task
