Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an Operational Technology System Administrator in Warner Robins, GA for one of their government clients. This individual will be a direct hire employee and will be working on site 5 days a week. This person will be administering and supporting OT systems including SCADA, PLCs, HMIs, RTUs, and DCS within government-operated facilities. They will be supporting and managing OT networks and ensuring compliance with government cybersecurity frameworks (e.g. NIST 800-82, CISA guidelines, FISMA). This person will monitor OT network performance and diagnose, resolve, and document system issues. There is opportunity to work closely with IT teams to ensure segmentation and appropriate integration between IT and OT networks. This is a role where this person needs to have the desire for growth with the company and in their skillset.

Required Skills & Experience
2-4 years of experience as a system administrator or network administrator within an OT/ICS environment
Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking protocols (TCP/IP, VLANS, firewalls)
Experience with SCADA systems (e.g. GE, Schneider, Siemens, Emerson) and OT asset management tools
Working knowledge of Windows/Linux system administration in operational environments
Familiarity with industrial protocols such as Siemens, Allen-Bradley, BacNet, Modbus, OPC, DNP3, and Ethernet/IP
Security + certification
Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
CySA+, Cisco CCNA/CCNP, GIAC Global Industrial Cyber Security Professional (GICSP), or ISA/IEC 62443-related credentials
