Job Description

Provide on-site “smart hands” support across multiple clinic locations within a designated region. This role supports IT operations by troubleshooting desktop issues, assisting with installs, and executing tasks under direction from a centralized IT team.
• Travel to clinic locations within the assigned region to provide on-site desktop support, including hardware/software troubleshooting, basic networking issues, and device setup/installs.
• Assist with low-voltage and cabling work (e.g., running/troubleshooting Ethernet) and support installation of IT equipment, including workstations and peripherals.
• Execute hands-on tasks directed by the internal IT team, following detailed instructions and supporting system and device connectivity (including light clinical equipment integration).
• Provide occasional support for more advanced issues (e.g., server-related troubleshooting), while documenting work completed and communicating updates to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2–5+ years of experience in Desktop support or field IT support
• Strong knowledge of Windows environments, Hardware troubleshooting, and Basic networking (IP, connectivity, cabling)
• Strong communication skills
