A partner of Insight Global is looking for a Recruiter to join their team. We are seeking a Recruiter with experience supporting high volume manufacturing environments to partner with multiple business units and drive full cycle recruiting efforts. This role requires someone who is comfortable managing multiple requisitions at once, recruiting for a variety of skill sets across manufacturing operations, and leveraging multiple recruiting tools and sourcing channels to meet fast paced hiring demands.

Required Skills & Experience
• 2–4 years of recruiting experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments
• Proven experience recruiting in high volume, fast paced settings
• Experience supporting multiple business units or functional teams simultaneously
• Hands on experience using multiple recruiting tools (ATS, job boards, LinkedIn, resume databases, etc.)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage competing demands
• Excellent communication skills with hiring managers and candidates
• Experience recruiting for roles such as hourly production operators, technicians, skilled trades
• Exposure to shift-based hiring
