Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Physical Therapist to support fighter squadrons within the Air Force Human Performance program at Shaw AFB, SC, Moody AFB, GA, and Eielson AFB, AK. This PT will work directly with fighter pilots to deliver pre‑ and post‑flight assessments, corrective exercises, and rehabilitation aimed at reducing the impacts of high G‑forces, particularly neck and back pain. In this role, the PT operates at the pointy end of the spear, intervening early to prevent minor issues from turning into significant injuries that could remove pilots from flight status. They will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of human performance professionals, including strength coaches, athletic trainers, and massage therapists. The PT will serve as the primary provider at their assigned base, building trust with pilots and squadron leadership to keep aircrew in the aircraft and mission‑ready. Documentation is completed in the Genesis EMR system under medical supervision, with a caseload of approximately 4–5 pilots per day. This is a full‑time, Monday–Friday role with no on‑call duties, supporting a long‑term, second‑generation Air Force contract.
