Insight Global is seeking a Project Manager for a top construction and infrastructure client. This individual will lead on-site project execution from conception through completion, managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at problem-solving, and has a strong command of both operational and financial aspects of construction projects. They will play a key role in ensuring safety compliance, maintaining quality standards, and delivering projects on time and within budget while fostering strong collaboration across all stakeholders.
Day-to-Day:
• Lead on-site construction activities from project start to completion
• Manage subcontractors, labor, and field staff to ensure productivity and safety
• Act as primary point of contact for on-site stakeholders and resolve issues
• Develop and maintain construction schedules and coordinate across trades
• Oversee budgeting, cost tracking, and financial forecasting
• Conduct safety meetings and enforce compliance with safety standards
• Ensure quality control across all systems and construction activities
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and clients to resolve design or build issues
• Track daily progress, document site activity, and report to leadership
• Manage equipment procurement, subcontractor scopes, and project logistics

Required Skills & Experience
Must-Haves:
• 5+ years of construction management experience
• 2+ years of directly relevant project management experience
• Experience managing commercial, industrial, infrastructure, or advanced technology projects
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources
• Strong leadership experience overseeing subcontractors, labor, and construction teams
• Experience forecasting project financials (cost at completion, revenue, cash flow)
• Ability to create and manage construction schedules
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and enforcement (OSHA standards)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with construction documentation and reporting
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience with construction software (Procore, ACC Build, PlanGrid, BIM tools, etc.)
• Background in electrical, mechanical, HVAC, fire suppression, or security systems
• Experience with contract negotiation, change orders, and procurement
• OSHA 30-hour certification, CPR, First Aid
• LEED AP or PMP certification
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
