Job Description

The Director of Supply Chain Finance is a strategic leader responsible for overseeing all FP&A and COGS reporting/forecasting, building reliable financial tools, and ensuring strong data accuracy and integrity. The role drives cost‑savings evaluation and validation, partners closely with the CFO on key finance projects and compliance needs, and works cross‑functionally with SMS, Popeyes leadership, and procurement to align financial insights with business objectives. It includes preparing detailed reports for senior leadership and the Board, designing and implementing scalable processes, and supporting a newly created, highly collaborative function. Approximately 10% travel may be required.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, with at least 3 years working with supply chain.
• Experience in/around the food service industry preferred.
• Proven track record of developing/managing a COGS reporting/forecasting process.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. The ability to influence without a direct reporting relationship is key.
• Strong math, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in finance software and tools including Power BI.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or supply chain management required with MBA preferred.
