Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Territory Sales Manager to join a Building Materials Manufacturer in the state of Wisconsin. The goal of this position is to implement current sales strategies and drive specification position for the company's products with the Architect, Specifier, General Contractor and Installer community. The territory sales manager manages product promotion to influence the design and specification process and position the company's products for use on commercial and residential projects while effectively utilizing their time and resources to increase sales output.

Required Skills & Experience

2+ years of sales experience in B2B environment (building materials sales preferred)
Ability to travel up to 50%
Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with clients and providing solutions to their pain points
Proficient in face-to-face sales
Must be a self-starter and self-motivator, and work independently
Ability to create product and technical presentation
Excellent presentation skills
General understanding of the construction process
Ability to read and interpret construction blue prints
Experience using a CRM tool (Salesforce.com preferred)
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, specifically MS Word, MS PowerPoint and MS Excel

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience leading AIA presentations
Experienced selling specialized/custom building materials
