Job Description

Insight Global is supporting our customer in identifying a Director of Business Development. Qualcon is a Miami-based real estate investment firm focused on acquiring underutilized properties and activating them through strategic partnerships rather than traditional development. As part of their growth strategy, they have recently acquired multiple parking facilities across the Atlanta area, including locations along key MARTA lines and near high-demand areas such as the airport corridor.
This individual will be responsible for driving revenue across Qualcon’s Atlanta portfolio by selling and securing corporate parking contracts — leveraging existing relationships to quickly fill ~2,600 parking spaces through partnerships with airlines, rental car companies, and other corporate clients.

Required Skills & Experience

• Drive revenue by selling and securing corporate parking contracts
• Leverage an existing network to get in front of decision-makers quickly
• Build partnerships with airlines, rental car companies, and logistics/travel orgs
• Own the full sales cycle — outreach, meetings, pitching, closing
• Develop a go-to-market strategy to fill ~2,600 parking spaces across 4 assets
• Act as the local Atlanta lead, working directly with ownership in Miami
Required Qualifications
• Proven B2B business development / sales experience (hunter mentality)
• Strong network in the Atlanta market —prefers an existing book of business
• Ability to get in front of corporate decision-makers quickly
• Track record of closing deals and driving revenue
• Comfortable working in a lean, entrepreneurial environment (little structure)
• Someone motivated to grow and build something long-term

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in parking, transportation, or logistics sales
• Background working with airlines, airport vendors, or travel-related companies
• Existing relationships with rental car companies (Enterprise, Hertz, etc.)
• Exposure to commercial real estate or asset-based sales
• Experience selling into fleet services or corporate operations teams
