Job Description
We are looking for a strong Salesforce Architect to support one of our clients. Our client has been using an in-house built CRM tool for a while, and currently in the process of implementing Salesforce. This implementation is set to be completed mid-year, and they would like to bring on a Salesforce Architect to not only assist with the implementation but help oversee the Salesforce environment post implementation. This individual will mainly be responsible for true architect functions but will need to also come from a hands-on technical background in salesforce to assist the team of admins. This architect will be responsible for the following:
- Product road mapping
- Advising on best practices, standards, and architectural guardrails
- Supporting the technical team as an escalation POC
- Working cross functionally with the business teams + technical teams
- Translate business needs/processes into technical architecture and system design

Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of experience as an Architect
o Coming from an admin/engineer technical background
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce product
• Sales Cloud
• Service Cloud
• Marketing Cloud
o Experience with the newest version (Agentforce Marketing)
• Able to work EST time zone
