Merger & Acquisition Project Manager

Insight Global is hiring a Merger and Acquisition Project Manager. The IT Project Manager will own the day‑to‑day management of an active IT M&A acquisition, taking over an existing project plan and driving execution through close. This role is responsible for coordinating cross‑functional stakeholders across infrastructure, systems, and business applications; facilitating meetings; maintaining and revising project plans; managing dependencies and complex process changes; and delivering regular status updates to leadership. The PM will act as a central coordinator and facilitator—ensuring timelines stay on track, risks are managed, and integration activities progress smoothly—without performing hands‑on technical implementation.

- 10+ years of overall Project Management experience
- 5+ years of IT-focused M&A experience, with a strong emphasis on the acquisition side
- Proven experience taking over an active project and managing day‑to‑day execution
- Background working in mid‑to‑large enterprise environments
- Deep understanding of the post‑acquisition IT integration lifecycle:
* Systems and application integration
* IT infrastructure
* Business applications
* Personnel and process alignment

- PMP
- Agile certifications
