Job Description
Define and maintain the product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on business goals, customer needs, and market trends
Lead cross‑functional teams (engineering, UX, data, marketing, and business partners) to deliver product enhancements and new capabilities
Manage the product backlog, including writing and prioritizing user stories and accepting completed work
Use data, customer feedback, and research to make informed decisions and adjust priorities
Track product performance, forecast ROI, and drive adoption and continuous improvement after launch
Communicate product plans, progress, and results to stakeholders and leadership
Monitor competitive landscape and industry trends to keep products best‑in‑class
Support and mentor junior product managers and team members
Ensure products meet business requirements, timelines, and budget expectations

Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Customer Experience, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
3–6 years of experience as a Product Manager in a software or digital environment
Strong experience with agile product management practices
Ability to analyze data and translate insights into product decisions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience in hospitality, eCommerce, or customer‑facing digital platforms
Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager 6.5 Touch UI)
Experience presenting product strategy to senior leaders
Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort working in ambiguous environments
