Job Description
We are looking for a strong HRIS Workday consultant to support one of our larger customers within the Manufacturing & Transit industry. The HRIS team is looking to build out additional support in their India office.
Key Responsibilities
• Design & Development: Build, test, and deploy integrations using Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Core Connectors, and API technologies (REST/SOAP).
• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with functional leads and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• System Maintenance: Monitor integration health, troubleshoot errors, and manage performance optimizations post-go-live.
• Data Security & Governance: Implement data security best practices, including OAuth 2.0, to ensure secure data exchange.
• Testing & Lifecycle: Conduct unit, regression, and end-to-end testing, ensuring minimal disruption during Workday system releases

Required Skills & Experience
Must-Haves:
- 6+ years of experience with Workday
- Technical experience doing integrations in Workday (70%)
- Knowledge of Workday integrations tools
o Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Web Services
- Functional experience doing configurations in Workday (30%)
- Configuring integrations with HCM, Payroll, Benefits modules
