A machine shop client of Insight Global Works is transforming from a traditional job shop into a modern, process-driven manufacturing operation. We are hiring a hands-on CNC Machinist with a specialty in Mill work to manufacture precise parts from materials like metal, wood, and plastic.

Required Skills & Experience
- Experience with either Prototrak or Bridgeport or Okuma or Fryer or Dolz (no Haas)
- Ability to code with the machine conversationally
- Manual CNC experience,
- Ability to own life cycle of production, taking a concept from a drawing to in hand product
- Ability to make adjustments to G Code (will rarely have to create the code themselves),
- Experience with tool changes/set-ups
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Self-motivated and able to work alone as needed
- Experience working within a smaller mom & pop shop
- Experience communicating with engineering team
