Job Description

• Work tickets submitted by end users through the ticketing system, documenting issues, troubleshooting steps, and updates accurately
• Provide hands‑on break/fix support, including replacing computers and devices
• Deliver on‑site desktop support in a fast‑paced hospital environment
• Prioritize incoming tickets and tasks to minimize downtime and maintain workflow efficiency
• Deliver clear, patient, and solutions‑oriented customer service to ensure a positive end‑user experience
• Collaborate closely with IT team members and staff to resolve issues and support ongoing initiatives
• Maintain accuracy in troubleshooting, documentation, and system updates
Rotate between campuses, with Camden rotation once a month or every other month

Required Skills & Experience

• 2+ years Tier 2 Desktop Support experience
• CompTIA A+ Certification (required)
• Experience working from a ticket queue
• Strong break/fix background (PCs, devices, peripherals)
• Comfortable supporting end users in person
Ability to work independently with minimal ramp‑up

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Security + certification
Hospital / healthcare system experience (highly preferred)
