Day to Day:
Facilitation
Gathering requirements
Documentation
Working with the marketing department
Not a pure agile shop but having worked in multiple methodologies would nice
Some processes in place like internal requirement documents and change control, but they won't be on a team of other BA's so they will need to the one creating the documents
Marketing team is end client- sometimes gathering requirements from third part marketing vendor
Working with technical developers- have some near shore/off shore developers (mainly .net environment)
Daily stand up and create a back log
Pay Rate will depend on Skills and Experience and range between $55-$70 an hour.

Required Skills & Experience
Website redesign project experience- specifically website traffic to lead generation
CMS Experience
Experience with the below:
· Review and elaborate the recommendations from UI/UX vendor
· Document requirements for Optimizely CMS updates
· Develop requirements documents (use case/user stories), Test Cases, and aid in answering questions from the Development Team
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Ideally Jira
Optimizely or CMA
Eloqua familiarly- mailing platform by Adobe
Salesforce.com experience
