Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a high performing Sales Area Vice President – Acute Care to drive revenue growth and expand market share within acute care hospitals and health systems. This role is responsible for developing strategic relationships, executing complex sales cycles, and delivering value based solutions to clinicians, administrators, and supply chain stakeholders. Key IDNs this role will be responsible for are as follows: Mayo, Froedtert, University of Chicago Medical Center, Mercy

This position is also responsible for the coordination and leadership of Clinical Specialists and Sales Associates across the assigned geographic region to ensure customer expectations are consistently exceeded.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
• 7+ years of successful healthcare sales experience within medical product, medical supplies, medical devices or distribution
o With demonstrated experience servicing at least 1 of the following:
 Mayo
 Froedtert
 University of Chicago Medical Center
 Mercy
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota in complex sales environments and developing net new customers
• Experience selling into acute care hospitals and navigating supply chain executives, value analysis committees, GPOs, and distributors
• Possesses strong executive level relationships within assigned customer base – specifically within supply chain and clinical department heads
• Strong clinical acumen with the ability to engage healthcare professionals
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

$125,000 to $175,000 base- Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
