Job Description

Role summary
Seeking a UX‑focused visual designer who can quickly turn customer insights into clear, compelling visuals that support leadership understanding and decision‑making. This role is visual‑design heavy, execution‑oriented, and focused on storytelling and service experience, not full web/app UI build‑out.

What you’ll do

Create low‑fidelity wireframes and UX concepts (Figma / Figma AI)
Conduct UX audits / web walks to identify friction and opportunities
Build storyboards, journey maps, and personas to visualize current and future states
Produce executive‑ready slides, infographics, and workshop/readout visuals
Support Walk the Wall initiatives and online flooring experience redesign
Partner with UX, research, and business teams to consolidate insights and guide future‑state thinking

✅ Is:

Fast‑moving UX + visual storytelling role
Focused on service journeys, customer intent, and strategy
Heavy on execution and deliverables

❌ Is not:

High‑fidelity UI or web app design role
Engineering‑focused or build‑from‑scratch product design

Required Skills & Experience

Key skills & qualifications

UX design background with strength in visual design, wireframes, and concepts
Experience with UX audits / journey reviews
Strong storytelling skills (storyboards, story maps, journey visuals)
Comfortable creating leadership‑level visuals and slides
Familiar with Figma, Figma AI, and AI tools (e.g., Gemini, Copilot)
Executor mindset — speed and clarity matter

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Nice to have

Service Design / UX Strategy experience
HTML or email template development experience (bonus)
