A fortune 50 client is looking for a Staff UX Desginer/Researcher to join their team to cover a team members maternity leave. This person will be joining the Enterprise UX customer loyalty team at a large retail client. This person will be working on employee and customer facing loyalty products/applications working closely with the .com UX organization. This person should be a strong communicator communicating with multiple stakeholders, gathering information, conducting interviews, uncovering true underlying painpoints, etc. This person needs to understand how to unpack a problem, create a design solution, and then test that solution. This person is expected to bring clarity to ambiguity and create organization. This person will be 20%/30% research Vs. 80%/70% design focused. This team is looking for a strong UX leader that is hands on continuing to produce designs/solutions.
Compensation:
$55/hr to $65/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
