A large retail client of Insight Global is looking for a Sr. UX Designer to join their team. This team is supporting a new marketing tool for the company website. This team is creating a new platform to personalize the company website content, using AI, to generate marketing content to targeted audiences. This person will be expected to work with developers, product manager, product owners, and sr. leadership. This person is expected to be able to present to sr. stakeholders within the company and mentor and support Jr. UX Designers. This role will be 60% design vs. 40% research.
Target Rate = $55-$65/HR

* Experience with mentorship/leadership of jr UXers
* Figma
* 5+ years Experience working and collaborating with a full balanced team of Engineers and Product Managers.
* 5+ years Experience as a full stack designer; designing and delivering design architecture, strategies, research, product design plans, mockups & prototypes, and deliverables.
* 3+ years Experience working with engineering managers, product management managers, and business leaders.
* 2+ years Experience leading designers and researchers with delivery leadership, craft excellence, planning and aligning of work.
* Expertise in storytelling, demo-ing and rapid delivery
* Experience working on a net new product experince from end to end
* Experince working with AI tools
* Experience working for other large retail companies
* Experience working within marketing ecosystem with segmentation/targeting, personalization, and campaign management.

* Background in development or UI creation
