Job Description
An employer is looking to add a Sr. Business Analyst in the Atlanta, GA location. You will partner closely with Infrastructure Delivery, Engineering, Data, and Software teams to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements. Lead structured requirements intake sessions, ensuring clarity, alignment, and traceability throughout the delivery lifecycle
Develop and maintain Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and translate them into technical design and functional specification documents. Act as a key liaison between business leaders and technical teams, ensuring requirements are well understood, feasible, and aligned to strategic goals. Support critical activities tied to a large‑scale merger of two regional banks, helping ensure successful integration of infrastructure and systems
Identify gaps, risks, and dependencies early, proactively driving resolution to keep initiatives on track.

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience supporting Infrastructure Delivery and Engineering teams as a Business Analyst
Strong ability to partner with data engineering and software engineering stakeholders to understand complex technical needs
Proven experience creating clear, well-structured Business Requirements Documents (BRDs)
Demonstrated expertise translating business requirements into technical design documentation that supports engineering delivery
