Overview
We are seeking two Project Coordinators / Junior Project Managers to support a Cyber Security portfolio focused on physical security initiatives, including video and alarm system conversions across branch locations. These resources will play a key role in driving day-to-day coordination, ensuring projects stay on track, and supporting communication across technical and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Support execution of large-scale security initiatives involving branch-based physical security systems (e.g., video surveillance, alarm systems, access control)
Coordinate project activities including timelines, deliverables, risks, and dependencies
Schedule and facilitate meetings; document action items and track follow-ups
Partner with cross-functional teams including security, IT, vendors, and business stakeholders
Track project progress and provide regular status updates and reporting
Maintain project documentation, dashboards, and governance artifacts
Assist with vendor coordination and deployment timelines for hardware/system rollouts
Ensure adherence to project management standards and processes

Required Skills & Experience
Must-Have Qualifications
2–5+ years of experience in project coordination or project management support roles
Experience supporting IT, security, or infrastructure-related projects
Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams
Experience with project tracking tools (e.g., Excel, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with multiple stakeholders
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting physical security or branch-based technology deployments (cameras, alarms, access systems)
Exposure to cybersecurity or fraud prevention initiatives
Familiarity with vendor management and hardware/software implementation projects
Financial services or banking industry experience is a plus
