•Partner with Finance stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
•Translate business needs into functional requirements and solution designs.

•Provide functional guidance throughout the enhancement lifecycle.
•Support future ownership of Oracle application configuration activities.

•Support and lead Oracle ERP Cloud projects across Finance and Procurement functions.
•Assist with the rollout and expansion of Oracle Financial Data Intelligence (FDI) reporting capabilities.
•Train and support business users on new reporting tools and functionality.
•Drive adoption of new Oracle Cloud capabilities and process improvements.
•Eventually assume ownership of responsibilities currently supported by external consultants.

Oracle Release Management
•Participate in quarterly Oracle Cloud patch reviews.
•Conduct impact assessments on upcoming releases.
•Evaluate new Oracle functionality and provide recommendations.
•Share ownership of Accounts Payable and Purchasing-related release analysis.

Stakeholder & Business Partnership
•Serve as a liaison between Finance, IT, Oracle support teams, and business stakeholders.
•Lead discussions with cross-functional teams to align business objectives and technology solutions.
•Communicate project status, risks, and recommendations to leadership.
•Build trusted relationships across Finance and Technology organizations.
Operational Support
•Support high-priority production issues requiring business and Oracle coordination.
•Assist with escalated system issues and complex troubleshooting efforts.
•Provide limited support for related finance applications, including SAP Concur when needed.
