Job Description

Leverage tools and data analytics to improve materials requirements planning, identify inefficiencies in the processes, and design innovative digital solutions.
Serve as the point of contact for business users while gathering user requirements and developing user stories and customer experience journeys
Work with the Supply Chain Planning Digital leader to define Materials Planning solution architecture as well as develop day-to-day execution for best practices.
Ability to translate short-term and long-term material requirements and material exceptions from master planning output to drive for strategic and operation level execution
Ability to debug the system and planning output/ features/functions to explain it to the users.
Ability to develop, deploy and support execution of best industry practices for optimum material planning
Analyze, design, develop functional specifications for system configuration, upgrades, and modifications.
Perform fit/gap analysis to evaluate each functional area of the business process to achieve specific goals.
Perform system configurations and testing to achieve business requirements.
Write functional specifications for reports/alerts/customizations and create high-level technical design documents, generate test scripts, perform Quality assurance tests and produce training materials.
Provide requirements to technical team for applications that interface with Material Requirement Planning
Develop, update, review SOP and other documents as needed.

The MRP Specialist is responsible for delivering system implementation, enhancements, and support. The role will work with the associated business analyst(s) in the areas of materials, planning, and execution to identify, build, test, deploy solutions and support in the production environment.

Salary ranging from 140-155K

Required Skills & Experience

- 7+ years of experience with a minimum of 5+ years experience in working with Material Requirement Planning Tools & Technologies
- Oracle Cloud experience, specifically Oracle Supply Planning Cloud
o Experience with Oracle R12 EBS SCM Cloud in Material Planning and Replenishment Planning modules and integrating constraints planning within Oracle Materials Requirement Planning
- Working knowledge of SQL, but more importantly this person needs to understand the functionality of the domain to configure and tweak the system to meet the business needs.
- Understanding of Oracle Inventory Management, Bill of Materials, Routing

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Bachelors Degree in the areas of Systems Engineering
APICS certification - CPIM/CSCP
