Job Description

Learning Design and Development
• Design and develop high-quality eLearning content including courses, videos, animations, voiceovers, job aids, and microlearning modules aligned with the branding.
• Translate complex technical or organizational processes into clear, engaging instructional content using effective visual and narrative techniques.
• Develop visually appealing self-paced learning modules using course authoring tools, animation software, and graphic design tools.
• Write instructional copy, scripts, and storyboards for course content, video narration, and interactive learning activities.
• Apply adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies to create effective learning experiences.

Knowledge Resource Development
• Develop practical knowledge resources such as toolkits, quick guides, process documentation, and knowledge base content.
• Organize and maintain knowledge resources within platforms such as Confluence and internal knowledge repositories.
• Create job aids and reference materials that support real-world application of training content.

Stakeholder Collaboration
• Partner with subject matter experts across departments and operational units to identify training needs and translate expertise into instructional materials.
• Facilitate SME interviews and content reviews to ensure accuracy and usability of learning resources.
• Support the transition of existing synchronous training programs into scalable asynchronous learning formats.

Project Management
• Manage multiple learning and knowledge development projects simultaneously to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain project documentation, course content folders, and version control.
• Evaluate effectiveness of training deliverables and incorporate feedback for continuous improvement

Required Skills & Experience

- Associates Degree or Bachelors Degree and 3+ years of experience
- Experience with eLearning authoring tool: Articulate Rise 360
• Experience creating asynchronous learning modules and microlearning content
• Strong writing skills for instructional text, scripts, and job aids
• Knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design methodologies
• Experience collaborating with subject matter experts to develop learning content
• Experience working within knowledge platforms such as Atlassian Confluence
• Familiarity with graphic design and multimedia tools for learning content development
• Basic knowledge of HTML/HTML5 for content formatting or customization
• Understanding of accessibility requirements for eLearning and web content (ADA / WCAG)
