Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Fullstack Software Engineer. This engineer will have an even split between frontend and backend responsibilities. They will be involved in daily standups and 2-week sprint planning and refinement sessions. Day-to-day responsibilities will include production support/triage, application monitoring, assisting with the onboarding/configuration of new clients, and feature development. They will also provide life cycle management, support digital content updates, and assist with various testing phases, including accessibility, system integration, user acceptance, and production validation. They should be comfortable coordinating with other teams and providing support for disaster recovery, performance, and penetration tests as well as security requirements.

Required Skills & Experience
· Bachelor's degree
· 7+ years of experience as a fullstack engineer
· Strong background in Angular (18+) development, C#. Net (8+), and understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns
· Experience in an Azure environment (web services, key vault, web app, storage account) and using SQL
· Hands-on experience implementing Redis caching to improve application performance, reduce database load, and support scalable solutions
· Experience working on a public-facing web application using CSS and HTML
· Experience with application monitoring, using Data Dog, App Insights, and/or Dynatrace
Self-motivated and great communication skills
