Job Description
Our client in the Atlanta, GA area is looking for a Contracts Analyst to cover a maternity leave. This person will be responsible for a high volume of form contract negotiation and execution. This person needs to have a strong understanding vendor contracts and applying the client's risk tolerance to any redlines from the vendor. The contract Analyst can anticipate anywhere from 20-50 contract requests per week. The majority of the contracts will pertain to food & beverage vendors, with some merchandise contracts as well.
This is a hybrid role- requiring 3 days on-site with 2 days remote.

Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of contract analysis, negotiation, and execution
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field
- Experience in contract management or legal analysis
- Strong understanding of contract law and legal terminology
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional negotiation skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Demonstratable experience in a high volume environment
- Knowledge and experience of contracts pertaining to food & beverage vendors.
