Our client is looking for a self-motivated, highly experienced IT Support Engineer/System Admin to join their Corporate IT Team to act as the level 1 and level 2 support for Scientific Games Employees with Windows hardware and software, server systems. This individual will be supporting 350 workstations, PC installations and workstation set up, software updates and in office networking cabling support.

Between 2-5 years of professional experience with the following:
Technical education and background
Windows client and server systems
Hardware and networking knowledge
Active Directory/DNS/DHCP/GPO
Knowledge in storage systems, SharePoint, Endpoint Configuration Manager, MS SQL Server, VMWare, Hyper-V, Linux/MacOS/iOS is an advantage
Teamwork skills, commitment, and reliability
Analytical thinking, independent working style, and precision
High problem-solving competence
Fluent English
Fluency in English is required, german is a strong plus
Open and customer-oriented mindset, communication skills
Teamwork, readiness and reliability
