Job Description
Multimedia Training Developers have technical expertise in the areas of online course design, interactive simulation, virtual representation, video, and other training platforms to develop relevant and engaging training through compelling visual effects and storylines. They will have knowledge and skill in the use of elearning authoring tools such as Lectora, Articulate, Storyline/Studio, and/or Adobe Captivate. Additional skills using Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft D365, and HTML5/CSS/JavaScript are required.

Required Skills & Experience
-Active Secret clearance
-Ability to obtain IAT II certification within 30-60 days of hire
-Interactive video/multimedia design and development experience in relation to curriculum/trainings
-Experience in Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure and Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365)
-eLearning or Instructional development tools, such as Adobe Captivate, Adobe Creative Suite, Lectora, Articulate, Storyline/Studio
